Responsibilities & Context:

Eastern Cement Industries Limited (ECIL) is a leading cement manufacturing company in Bangladesh and a proud part of the diversified Doreen Group, one of the country’s major conglomerates engaged in multiple industrial sectors. ECIL has established itself as a quality-driven and market-trusted producer of cement products that support the nation’s infrastructure and construction needs

1.      Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets of Eastern Cement industries Limited as assigned by management.

2.      Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, and key customers.

3.      Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in assigned territories.

4.      Promote ECIL cement products and ensure proper brand visibility in the market.

5.      Conduct regular market visits to monitor demand, competitor activities, and pricing trends.

6.      Collect and analyze market intelligence and submit reports to the Sales Manager.

7.      Maintain accurate sales records, dealer information, and daily call reports.

8.      Collect sales orders and coordinate with factory, logistics, and accounts for timely delivery.

9.      Ensure proper documentation of sales orders, delivery challans, and invoices.

10.  Follow up with dealers and customers to ensure smooth order execution.

11.  Ensure timely collection of sales proceeds from dealers and customers.

12.  Monitor credit limits and outstanding balances as per company policy.

13.  Coordinate with Accounts for reconciliation and resolution of payment issues.

14.  Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

15.  Support promotional activities, dealer meetings, and marketing campaigns.
