• Only Male

Candidates from Building Materials background are encouraged to apply.

• Ensure maximum retail coverage to sell cement.

• Ensure all products are available in each retail within the territory.

• Understand market needs and tailor service accordingly.

• Collect orders from retailers, construction sites etc.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, house owners, site owners, contractors etc.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market reports.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve better performance.

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

• Regularly visit retailer outlets and construction sites on the route.

• Retain existing cement customers and acquire new ones.

• Collect market data on competitors, sales volumes, campaigns, market share and provide insights to the Area In-charge.

• Collect orders from the market and place them.

• Contribute to revenue growth by achieving sales targets.

• Coordinate with the distribution and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.

• Identify and acquire new clients to maximize revenue.

• Other relevant works assigned by the authority / management.
