Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solicitation with new, existing and repeat account to promote the offerings and services of the Foy's lake Complex.
∎ Solicitation will include:
∎ Phone, Email Marketing, Sales calls, trade shows, Site inspections, Written communication
∎ The purpose of this solicitation is to meet or exceed the revenue goals by meeting customers' needs and wants through proposals and onto definite contracts.
∎ Responsible for maintaining a key account list with a revenue value that will have the
∎ Following quality ratings:
∎ Acquisition, Retention, Growth, Target
∎ Attend community, Social and Industry events as needed.
∎ Develop annual sales plan for respective territory
∎ Include trade shows, Sales calls, Market communication emails, Market communication dates
∎ Key indicators of performance measurements
∎ Develop/Maintain market knowledge of trends and customers
∎ Demonstrates courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with public and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 year(s) working experience in Corporate Sales in Chittagong Area.
∎ Excellent coordination and presentation skills
∎ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive Sales Incentive Package.
