Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meet personal target assigned in AOP. Build relationship, negotiate deals, close deals and process sales transactions with clients according to product inventory. Solicit clients by promoting the brokerage, networking and marketing to prospective clients (buyer). Show various properties to prospective buyers and help them find the right property. Draft sale and purchase contracts (MOU) for respective buyers to be completed upon the closing of the transaction. Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques. Draft and complete important legal documents (Government Agencies such as RAJUK, Ministry etc) Follow up Clients & submit daily report.
