Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters Degree in Business Studies from Reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Raw Chicken and Frozen Food Products
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore new business opportunities & appoint new distributors.
∎ To increase sales of raw chicken and ambient frozen food products.
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly sales target as per annual operation plan of the territory.
∎ Effectively implement sales, promotional activities/trade schemes and merchandising for the specified routes and distributor areas.
∎ Monitor inventory in Key Sales Points and ensure product availability and visibility in all the showroom/outlets.
∎ Regularly monitor distribution gaps and take corrective actions for increasing numeric distribution of all the products.
∎ Maintain relationship and constantly work with distributors and the internal supply chain in order to ensure availability of the products at the right time.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction & resolve customer complaints.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be familiar with order collection through multiple e-commerce platforms.
∎ Good knowledge about showroom/outlet management.
∎ Having 2 to 5 years working experience in the similar field with similar position.
