Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare different Statement, Report as per instruction.
∎ Input day to day data and up-date in software.
∎ Draft and prepare deeds and documents including but not limited both in Bengali & English.
∎ Support drafting of different contracts and relevant various deed & documents.
∎ Support on day-to-day activities of the Company including but not limited to letters and communications with internal and external stakeholders, drafting and review of engagement letters, drafting and review, etc.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Frequent communication with bank and other financial organization.
∎ Frequent door to door communication with different Government, Semi Government, Ascetic and Private Organization.
∎ Any other job assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience. Fresher candidates are strongly encouraging to apply.
∎ Have a fluency in typing both in Bengali & English is must. Candidate those who have no expertise in typing need not apply.
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Excellent communication skills both in verbal & written in Bengali & English.
∎ Pro-active, independent, enthusiastic and result oriented.
∎ Work innovatively in simplifying tasks and assignment.
∎ Ability to work independently and be able to work under time pressure.
