Job Responsibilities:
∎ To have the confidence to negotiate with Land Owners.
∎ To have the ability to analyze the project in respect of the present market situation.
∎ To have a sound knowledge of FAR.
∎ To prepare any feasibility report for a particular project.
∎ Have sound knowledge of different locations of land value, costing & good negotiable knowledge about Dhaka city's prime location of land(s).
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal communication skills with proper knowledge and information about Joint Venture Land Procurement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be smart, well-versed, and possess a pleasant personality.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with a professional team.
