Education:

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in MIS, Sales Reporting, or Data Analytics.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel (advanced level), Power BI/Tableau (added advantage).



Responsibilities & Context:
  • ERP Sales Reporting & Alignment:

    • Develop, automate, and maintain sales reports within the ERP system.

    • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment of sales data with business objectives.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and enhance ERP reporting modules.

  • Sales Performance Monitoring:

    • Generate and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with detailed variance analysis.

    • Track regional, product-wise, and individual sales performance against set targets.

    • Provide actionable insights to management for performance improvement.

  • Sales Target Management:

    • Support in setting annual and monthly sales targets.

    • Upload, validate, and monitor target allocation in the ERP system.

    • Track achievement status and highlight gaps for corrective action.

  • Sales Incentive & Compensation Analysis:

    • Calculate and verify sales incentive payouts in line with company policy.

    • Prepare analytical reports on incentive impact versus performance outcomes.

    • Ensure transparency and timely communication to the sales force.

  • Sales Budgeting & Forecasting Support:

    • Assist in preparing annual and periodic sales budgets.

    • Provide historical data analysis and projections for accurate forecasting.

    • Support management in monitoring budget utilization and cost efficiency.

  • Sales Force Performance Dashboard:

    • Design, implement, and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize KPIs.

    • Ensure real-time updates for management review and decision-making.

    • Continuously enhance dashboards to improve user experience and reporting accuracy.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Compliance:

    • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth reporting and data flow.

    • Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational standards.

    • Proactively identify gaps in reporting processes and recommend improvements.
