Experience:
2–6 years of relevant experience in MIS, Sales Reporting, or Data Analytics.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel (advanced level), Power BI/Tableau (added advantage).
ERP Sales Reporting & Alignment:
Develop, automate, and maintain sales reports within the ERP system.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment of sales data with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and enhance ERP reporting modules.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
Generate and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with detailed variance analysis.
Track regional, product-wise, and individual sales performance against set targets.
Provide actionable insights to management for performance improvement.
Sales Target Management:
Support in setting annual and monthly sales targets.
Upload, validate, and monitor target allocation in the ERP system.
Track achievement status and highlight gaps for corrective action.
Sales Incentive & Compensation Analysis:
Calculate and verify sales incentive payouts in line with company policy.
Prepare analytical reports on incentive impact versus performance outcomes.
Ensure transparency and timely communication to the sales force.
Sales Budgeting & Forecasting Support:
Assist in preparing annual and periodic sales budgets.
Provide historical data analysis and projections for accurate forecasting.
Support management in monitoring budget utilization and cost efficiency.
Sales Force Performance Dashboard:
Design, implement, and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize KPIs.
Ensure real-time updates for management review and decision-making.
Continuously enhance dashboards to improve user experience and reporting accuracy.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Compliance:
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth reporting and data flow.
Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational standards.
Proactively identify gaps in reporting processes and recommend improvements.
