• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Studies

• 2 to 6 years

• Age 23 to 35 years

Responsibilities:

Ø  Handle domestic & international air ticket reservations.

Ø  Issue, reissue & Cancel tickets Using GDS (Amadeus/ Galileo/ Sabre)

Ø  Communicate with airlines & clients for schedule changes.

Ø  Provide Fare quotations & endure best routing for clients

Ø  Advise clients about holiday packages, visa guidance & travel itineraries.

Ø  Create and sell customized domestic & international tour packages

Ø  Maintain good Relation with hotels, transport providers & embassies

Ø  Handle travel documentation and travel insurance.

Ø  Ensure safety, comfort and enjoyable experience for travelers

Ø  Provide historical, cultural & destination knowledge to clients

Requirements:

v  Bachelor’s Degree (Tourism background preferred)

v  Experience in GDS system (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) will be an advantage.

v  Strong communication skills in English & Bangla

v  Computer proficiency (MS Office, Email).

v  1-2 years’ experience in travel/tourism sector preferred

v  Fluency in English

v  Good negotiation and sales skills

v  Excellent customer service orientation
