We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales people who has experience in the Bangladesh Land/ Real Estate industry.
Job Location: Motijheel or Gulshan - Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Plot / Real Estate business and present market scenario.
Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan
Must be self-motivated and dynamic
Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
Maintain proper customer relationship with potential & existing clients
Corporate sales planning and implementation
To look after customer queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
Computer knowledge is the must.
Any other task assigned by Management
