∎ Bachelor/Hons/Masters degree in any discipline.
∎ BBA/ MBA in Marketing & Sales will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take initiative to achieve the sales & collection target of the company.
∎ Set target clients.
∎ Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.
∎ Find Prospective Client by door to door field visit.
∎ Provide all related information and services to clients as per set service policy of the organization through an effective presentation.
∎ Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.
∎ Arrange meeting with potential Customer.
∎ Collect the required documents from customer.
∎ Maintain and update customer database.
∎ Prepare monthly sales report & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.
∎ Maintain good relationship with clients.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor/head of Department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Sklls, Strong interpersonal skill.
∎ Self Motivated, Energetic & Hard-worker.
∎ Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable
