Job Context:
∎ A reputed building & construction material manufacturer industries are looking for some energetic,self motivated & experience personnel for expand their marketing volume.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka & Surroundings Of Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the achievement of total sales target set by the Management.
∎ Create new buyers in Construction & Real estate Sectors .
∎ Developing buyers by maintaining relationship with previous customers.
∎ Demonstrate Of Product's by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining delivery and services.
∎ Close sales by overcoming objections; ask for sales; negotiate price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explain provisions; explaining and offering warranties services and financing; collecting payment.
∎ Provide sales management information by completing reports.
∎ Maintain receivable status.
∎ Maintain banks and financial companies for client's paperwork.
