Job Context:
∎ We are Standard Finis Oil Co. Manufacturer of Household Insecticides and Disinfectants since 1950s. Marketing under the brand name "FINIS". The Company has earned tremendous "Good Will" in the market for its consistently high-quality and reliable products.
∎ Currently, we are looking for an experienced and self-motivated IT Executive who wants to build his career in the Corporate IT Support Service.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of network servers, computer systems, and virtualization.
∎ Install and upgrade computer components and software.
∎ Ensure the Safety and Security of the internal servers from any external threats.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
∎ Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
∎ Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance.
∎ Manage and assist in the Business Automation Process (SAP, DMS, HRIS, VAT, etc)
∎ Ensure IT support and maintain proper records of the IT-Inventory such as Laptops, PCs, Routers, Scanners, CCTVs, Printers, Mobiles any other IT CAPEX items.
∎ Ensure smooth LAN, WAN, and Wireless network service in the office.
∎ Any other job/tasks assigned by the authority/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Hardware & Networking
∎ Proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategies and plans.
∎ Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
∎ Microsoft Office365, ZOHO e-mail administration, configuration & deployment.
