Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ MBA in marketing from Public University (DU/JU/RU/CU) will be given preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Training on Sales Mastery,Leaderships Training,7 Habits of Highly Effective People

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, Develop and implement Annual Sales and Marketing Strategy.
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly sales target & operational objectives by planning, monitoring, techniques, and motivating field forces.
∎ Ability to prepare building blocks/Incentives Packages & Market projection with cost analysis.
∎ Able to lead a team of highly motivated sales personnel. Take decisions and achieve results in a competitive market.
∎ Build a healthy and positive team atmosphere which will allow them to collectively achieve the target in a cohesive manner.
∎ Able to analyze sales trends, prepare market plan and yearly sales forecast.
∎ Should be able to co-ordinate with the Sales Team for timely submission of sales plan/forecast/requisite reports & consolidating it at National level.
∎ Shall be responsible adequate stock availability, order forecasting, inventory management at territory/national level.
∎ Preparing departmental Budget with Action Plan towards implementation of the target.
∎ Market Analysis and Intelligence reporting about the Challenging competitors.
∎ Updates reporting to Management about work in progress and the achievement status.
∎ Identify and explore new market opportunities and Setting trade marketing programs and monitoring.
∎ Observe competitor's activities continuously and revise marketing drive as required to ensure brand competitive advantage.
∎ Take responsibility for the success-failure of the Dealers/Distributor, monitor dealers' stock, selling techniques, product knowledge etc.
∎ Any other assignments as and when & required by the management for business interest!

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have experience in a similar role (national role) for at least 03 years!
∎ Must have a minimum of 12-15 years' experience in FMCG particularly in selling Consumer products (Mosquito Coil, Aerosol, Insect Powders, other Health & Hygiene items will be preferred).
∎ Strong Leaderships and Inter-Personal Skills.

Salary: Negotiable
