Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular market visits to identify and onboard potential retailers.
∎ Educate retailers about our product offerings, promotions, and special deals, and introduce them to the advantages of the direct sales channel to generate sales.
∎ Onboard new retailers onto our direct sales channel (WhatsApp) and guide them through the setup process.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers through regular communication and follow-ups via phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for retailers, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to process orders promptly and ensure timely delivery for retailers.
∎ Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a young, energetic, and results-driven female Sales Development Executive to execute our Direct to Retailer (D2R) sales channel initiative. The individual will be responsible for onboarding retailers on our direct sales channel, engaging directly with them, effectively communicating the benefits, and building long-lasting relationships to drive sales growth.
