Job Context:
∎ The Bangladesh Rating Agency Limited (BDRAL), a subsidiary of Dun & Bradstreet South Asia Middle East Ltd. (DBSAME), is a full-service credit rating agency licensed by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) and accredited by Bangladesh Bank (BB).
∎ BDRAL is seeking application from competent, dynamic, dedicated and self-motivated individuals to fill up the following position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing entire HR and Admin related issues.
∎ Execution of company's administrative plans, policies and decisions
∎ Ensure HR related issues - Plan, Development, Recruitment and Performance management, Rewards & Recognition, Promotion and Increment, Training & Development.
∎ Developing HR policies & procedures, and code of conduct etc.
∎ Implement HR Plan, policies, strategies, initiatives, Values & Code of Conduct of the company.
∎ Maintain a positive congenial work environment in the office.
∎ Maintain employee benefit and personnel record with regards to compensation, health and medical insurance, and other state and government regulations.
∎ Payroll management.
∎ Ensuring on time disbursement of salary, allowances, incentives, bonus as per company policy.
∎ Attendance management.
∎ Managing staff queries & complaints.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: 1-5 years of relevant experience is preferred for related position.
∎ Good communication and presentation skill and ability to persuade others.
∎ Experienced in handling excessive workload.
∎ Strong proficiency in MS Office suite & general computer use.
∎ Concise verbal & written communication skills.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and latest rules.
∎ Conversant with HR regulations, industry practice and standards.
∎ Hands on experience on Payroll Management will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong negotiation skill with ability to persuade others on company point of view.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
∎ Committed to maintain compliance of both external and internal rules and regulation.
∎ Contribute in creating and maintaining a satisfactory job environment
