Context:

Chhuya Fisheries & Hatcheries Ltd (Chhuya Group) is seeking an experienced Executive/ Senior Executive (Fisheries & Hatcheries) for our Hatchery Segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical services and support to our customer’s/fish farmers with a focus of driving and expanding our tilapia fry sales. This role must have a deep understanding of Tilapia fry production, nursing and modern culture technology with a focus on optimizing product performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain water quality parameters and temperature to ensure optimal conditions for fish health and growth.
• Maintain the preparatory works like pond preparation, brood stocking and rearing, hatchery disinfection, material acquisition timely and appropriately.
• Monitor fish health and take necessary initiatives to prevent and control disease outbreaks.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that all production activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Market survey, target set up and regular monitor the sales to achieve the target.
• Search new distributors to expand the markets and maintain strong relationships with key farmers and distributors.
• Offer on-site technical support, gather feedback, and conduct field trials to support sales and product development.
• Perform any other tasks, duties, or specific tasks assigned by the management of the company.
