Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve significant sales growth and hit sales targets in every quarter
∎ To Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
∎ To set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements
∎ To seek actively on new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
∎ To Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations & proposals to the clients
∎ To Design and implement a quarterly strategic sales plan
∎ To Expands client base and ensure its' sustainability
∎ Negotiate/close business deals and handle complaints
∎ Prepare sales, revenue and expenses reports for the management
∎ Identify emerging markets and provide new product concepts
∎ Participate on behalf of the company in industry gatherings, exhibitions or conferences
∎ Ensure uninterrupted service by coordinating with the technical and support team
∎ Set quarterly targets for the team members
∎ Mentoring the team members

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Having excellent knowledge in technology is a must.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Bengali & English) and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people and subject matter experts.
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Have a good business awareness and ethics.
∎ Self-motivated and target oriented.

Salary: Negotiable
