Responsibilities & Context:

Bangladesh Caregiving & Technical Training Institute (BCTTI) is seeking an Executive – Sales to support business growth by generating new clients, managing agents, promoting overseas manpower and caregiving student recruitment services, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the recruitment and deployment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the full workflow of overseas manpower export, recruitment channels, and deployment processes.

  • Identify potential clients, agencies, and overseas employers to generate new business opportunities.

  • Promote company services and convince clients through effective communication and presentations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, foreign partners, local agents, and sub-agents.

  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, seminars, workshops, and social media promotions.

  • Verify candidate documents (passport, CV, medical, certificates, police clearance, visa documents, etc.) and ensure compliance with destination country requirements.

  • Assist in visa processing, embassy submission, and other compliance-related tasks.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, training, documentation) for smooth workflow.

  • Provide timely updates on candidate progress and project status to management.

  • Achieve monthly sales and placement targets set by management.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.

  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills, ability to close deals, and work under pressure.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management as required.
