Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Masters in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome all Client, visitor and guest into the front office in a professional manner
∎ Attend all inbound / outbound calls on time
∎ Comply telephone etiquette with clear voice
∎ Appropriately greet all the calls
∎ Focus on generating new business booking
∎ Attend outbound business call / tele sales professionally to generate new business leads
∎ Creating extraordinary customer service experience
∎ Lock customer complain properly regarding any service
∎ Data Entry and typing.
∎ Able to handle presentable multitasking activities and hard working
∎ Maintaining various register books.
∎ Proper addressing of requests / queries of visitors or via phone calls.
∎ Managing incoming/outgoing calls professionally and transferring calls to right places.
∎ Attend to internal & external clients and guests
∎ Provide assistance to visitors with proper etiquette
∎ Responsible to handle all types of courier and keep records of all documents in and out
∎ Creative in terms of meeting customer demands with existing products
∎ Perform any other duty assign by management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, Presentable, Well-groomed and Well-mannered
∎ Ability to work after office hour when required
∎ Strong communication and inter personal skills required to convince customers and sell products
∎ Must have experience working in Microsoft Office Package (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
∎ Candidate residing in nearby Press Club Area, Bijoynagar, Shegunbagicha, Paltan, Malibag, Shantinagar, Kakrail, AGB Colony, Fakirapool, nearby Press Club Area will be given preference.
