• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Must have completed BBA & MBA from any reputed Public University.

• Candidates from reputed Private Universities (NSU, EWU, IUB, BRAC) are encourage to apply.

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Group of Companies
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 24 to 30 years
• Only Male

• To provide sales operational support to the Sales Operation Team including trade marketing, sales administration, expansion, market activation, campaign, promotion etc.

• To analyze National Sales Reports and share it to all concerned personnel.

• To make correspondence and negotiate with internal & external stakeholders.

• To prepare Sales Report, assess Business Prospect and Market Forecasting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

• To work with cross functional Team with appropriate coordination.

• To extend cooperation and effort in National Campaign Design and share potential Views for its proper execution.

• To demonstrate positive attitude, awareness of lead time, data management and priorities of tasks.

• To follow up the assigned duties & responsibilities by phone calls, social media communication, e-mail communication etc.

• To perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
