  • Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Executive to support our sales team by streamlining processes, managing data, and optimizing performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization by providing operational support and insight-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between sales and operations teams to ensure alignment.

  • Manage sales documentation, contracts, and distribution database.

  • Support onboarding and training for new SPO.

  • Assist in executing RTM plans for distribution expansions

  • Support market mapping and segmentation initiatives to identify growth opportunities.

  • Coordinate with respective Sales Forces to ensure product availability, distribution management and visibility.

  • Maintain and update customer and sales data in the SFA, DMS.

  • Identifying the gaps of field force productivity & alignment with the line manager.

  • Follow-up sales team performance against different designed KPIs.

  • Conduct distributor & retail audits and provide actionable feedback to the sales team.

  • Support distributor onboarding, stock planning, and secondary sales tracking.

  • Collect market intelligence on competitors’ launches, pricing, and distribution strategies.

  • Support to ensure basic hygiene of distribution/distributor operation across the assigned geography.

  • Ensure timely communication of promotional campaigns, scheme rollout, and product updates to field teams
