Role Overview

Job Responsibilities
Extensive visit to prospective clients and organizations conveying products, services and promotional offers.
Create sales by visiting clients and corporate offices to deliver service information and create a positive image of the Products.
Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of the project.
Sound product knowledge and offer the right product to the right prospects.
Positive mindset, salesmanship attitude and good team player.
Prepare daily work report as well as work closing report at the weekend and provide time to time report to the supervisor.
Respond to the client’s query at office and over telephone & mobile. Arrange project visit as per client’s requirement.
Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/clients along with new sales opportunity.
Prepare clients payment schedule as per management instruction and collect booking money, down payment and installments.
