∎ Prepare a database of potential real estate buyers for both commercial and residential space.
∎ Must have a strong work ethic, be highly organized, and will to succeed
∎ Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management
∎ Ability to Work under stress situation.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
∎ Should have strong knowledge in Internet based Marketing, E-mail marketing, Telemarketing etc.
∎ Prepare a database of potential real estate buyers for both commercial and residential space.
∎ Must have a strong work ethic, be highly organized, and will to succeed

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to meet given sales target as set by the management from time to time.
∎ Review sales position on Monthly/ Half annually/ annual basis and take necessary corrective measures to mitigate shortfall, if any.
∎ Submit oral and written sales report as and when asked by the management.
∎ Market analysis and explore new horizons for sales.
∎ Pursuing potential client by calling them.
