Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil
∎ B.Sc./ Diploma in Civil Engineering from Any technical institute/University.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience in finishing work will be preferred.
∎ 10 years in Real Estate or building Construction.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Civil Engineering sector.
∎ Candidate must have experience in finishing work of civil (building) construction.
∎ Excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To assist renovation works (as and when required at site)
∎ Checking contractor's bill.
∎ Visit sites with clients upon requirement
∎ Able to interpret drawings and implement those at the site accordingly.
∎ Check & confirm safety & security during site work.
∎ Maintain & control sequential site work regularly.
∎ Check the quality of materials & workmanship during site work.
∎ Ensuring proper utilization of capital goods, machinery etc.
∎ To provide materials requisition, to receive materials as per requirement, to check stock & materials quality properly as per agreed specification.
∎ To maintain a workbook & keep all vendors' actual work measurement.
∎ To provide daily progress reports as per plan & through digital communication.
