Experience:

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Able to do estimate and make requisition of material as per design.

• Able to follow up all sub contractor’s work according to the design and specification.

• Able to follow up finishing work as per design/brochure.

• To assist renovation works (as and when required at site)

• Checking contractor`s bill.

• Visit sites with clients upon requirement

• Able to interpret drawings and implement those at the site accordingly.

• Check & confirm safety & security during site work.

• Maintain & control sequential site work regularly.

• Check the quality of materials & workmanship during site work.

• Ensuring proper utilization of capital goods, machinery etc.

• To provide materials requisition, to receive materials as per requirement, to check stock & materials quality properly as per agreed specification.

• To maintain a workbook & keep all vendors` actual work measurement.

• To provide daily progress reports as per plan & email communication.
