Job Responsibilities:
∎ To understand customer needs, maintain and develop the business relationship with existing & new customers.
∎ To communicate daily with customers, including customer visiting & meeting, sales forecast, order analysis new product development, quotation follow up, payment, etc.
∎ To analyse the competitor's strength in assigned sales area and work out the proper strategy to develop the business with target customers.
∎ To develop sales & marketing strategy, collect market information and to ensure the competitiveness of the product worldwide.
∎ To collaborate with the internal team to fulfill customer demand.
∎ To travel & visit customers, based on the business requirements.
∎ Having experience in the following area(s) is an advantage: Brand planning, Business Development, Corporate Sales & Marketing, Door to Door/Home Marketing & Sales, Tele Marketing, Email Marketing, and Public Relation.
∎ Excellent MS Office Suite skills (e.g.MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
∎ Strong interpersonal skills a must.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication, approach & presentation skills.
∎ The applicant should have good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
