Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in bearings, three-wheeler or auto-rickshaw spare parts, or other related industries. Candidates with prior experience at reputed organizations such as RFL, AKIJ Group, or ACI Limited will be given preference.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets under pressure.
Good understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and reporting tools.
Willingness to travel for market visits and client meetings.
Job Summary
Meghna Bearing Industries Limited is a sister concern of Meghna Executive Holdings, engaged in the trading and distribution of high-quality bearings and EV parts across Bangladesh.
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling company products, developing customer relationships, expanding market coverage, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, market analysis capability, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and business growth.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-oriented, and capable of handling both field-level and corporate sales activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products to dealers, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Customer Relationship & Coordination
Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional after-sales support.
Coordinate with accounts departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and performance updates for management.
Maintain proper customer records and sales documentation.
