∎ Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing/ Business/ Tourism & hospitality management from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He / She will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. Please apply who are actually skilled in this area
∎ To focus in setting & executing the sales & marking strategy for the company and to ensure sales targets are met effectively in line with the marketing strategy.
∎ Candidate must have worked experience at hostility industry
∎ To train, develop & lead Sales Team
∎ Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your sales targets. The duties will include hitting monthly targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
∎ You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
∎ Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets
∎ Responsible for achieving aggressive monthly targets
∎ Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns
∎ Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities
∎ Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities
∎ Leading sales team(s) to obtain assigned target through sales forces.
∎ Identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
∎ Establish guideline to develop effective Marketing & Sales strategy and oversee overall customer satisfaction.
∎ Effective plan shear with the management to market requirements and Sales developments.
∎ Create lucrative sales targets and develop business network relations to corporate clients.
∎ Determine and implement appropriate sales strategies in all market segments towards maximizing the sales revenue

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Corporate Sales, Direct Sales and Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ Creative Knowledge about hotel management Sales & Marketing.
∎ Exhibits excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
∎ Demonstrates ability to think creatively and analytically.
∎ Capable of creating and maintaining a large client network.
∎ Demonstrates familiarity with budget software and financial management.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Proficient computer skills including Hotel software, Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft power point.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills are MUST.
