Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory & outside districts of Dhaka.
We are seeking a result-oriented and proactive Executive-Sales & Marketing to drive patient bookings and diagnostic test generation for our doctors and medical services. The ideal candidate will have strong field marketing skills, a good local network, and the ability to convert leads into appointments and tests.
1. Patient Acquisition & Booking:
Promote and generate bookings for in-house doctors and specialist consultations.
Actively engage with patients, guardians, and influencers in target areas to drive awareness and footfall.
Follow up with leads and inquiries for confirmed appointments.
2. Test Generation & Conversion:
Achieve monthly test targets by referring walk-in patients and follow-ups for lab and diagnostic services.
Educate patients about available packages, benefits, and promotional offers.
3. Field Marketing & Community Engagement:
Conduct door-to-door visits, distribute leaflets, and collaborate with local pharmacies, clinics, doctors, and influencers.
Set up booths or promotional activities near residential zones, offices, schools, or community centers.
4. Relationship Management:
Build relationships with local community leaders, pharmacy owners, health volunteers, and other influencers.
Act as a point of contact for patient queries and maintain a follow-up database.
5. Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain accurate records of patient leads, bookings, and daily activities.
Submit weekly performance reports to the GM.
Collaborate with marketing, reception, and lab teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
