The Pharmacy Sales Officer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations at the pharmacy, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maintaining organized inventory and retail spaces. The role involves assisting customers, managing sales transactions, and promoting products while maintaining compliance with store and regulatory standards. This position is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy and the satisfaction of customers.

• Greet customers, provide product information, and assist with inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience

• Process sales transactions accurately and issue invoices.

• Stock and organize pharmacy shelves with over-the-counter medicines and other related products.

• Promote products and services to increase pharmacy sales.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the pharmacy and retail area.

• Comply with all store policies and health and safety regulations.

• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
