We are looking for a motivated and skilled Digital marketing and IT Executive to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can drive digital marketing initiatives while also handling day-to-day IT support within a healthcare environment. The candidate will be instrumental in promoting our diagnostic and OPD services, managing online presence, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT and digital marketing system.

• Plan and execute digital marketing activities to promote diagnostic services (e.g., health check-ups, pathology tests, wellness packages).

• Manage the company’s website and social media activities to ensure up-to-date service information.

• Create and manage social media content to boost online engagement and brand visibility.

• Handle patient communication through email marketing, SMS campaigns, and WhatsApp promotions.

• Provide technical support for diagnostic and other software and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including desktops, printers, routers, and CCTV systems.

• Ensure secure data backup and support data confidentiality in compliance with health data regulations.

• Assist in setting up tools, patient portals, and appointment systems.

• Monitor and maintain email, internet connectivity, and antivirus systems.
