Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Digital marketing and IT Executive to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can drive digital marketing initiatives while also handling day-to-day IT support within a healthcare environment. The candidate will be instrumental in promoting our diagnostic and OPD services, managing online presence, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT and digital marketing system.
Plan and execute digital marketing activities to promote diagnostic services (e.g., health check-ups, pathology tests, wellness packages).
Manage the company’s website and social media activities to ensure up-to-date service information.
Create and manage social media content to boost online engagement and brand visibility.
Handle patient communication through email marketing, SMS campaigns, and WhatsApp promotions.
Provide technical support for diagnostic and other software and ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including desktops, printers, routers, and CCTV systems.
Ensure secure data backup and support data confidentiality in compliance with health data regulations.
Assist in setting up tools, patient portals, and appointment systems.
Monitor and maintain email, internet connectivity, and antivirus systems.
Any other tasks assigned by the management
