Experience:
Plan, Develop and implement sales and marketing activities and strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the assigned area/territory.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on growth potential and gain a competitive advantage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess market dynamics, customer needs, and product positioning.
Collaborate with internal teams, including service engineers, technical support, and product management and accounts to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with customer requirements and company capabilities.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Creating and presenting sales performance reports daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually.
Any others responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
