Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan, Develop and implement sales and marketing activities and strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the assigned area/territory.

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on growth potential and gain a competitive advantage.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess market dynamics, customer needs, and product positioning.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including service engineers, technical support, and product management and accounts to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with customer requirements and company capabilities.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events to raise brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

  • Creating and presenting sales performance reports daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually.

  • Any others responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
