Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make a daily plan and execute it.
∎ Follow the route plan as well as our prescribed rules (Lucky seven)
∎ Ensure the maximum coverage of our products
∎ Keep the dealers well informed and updated about our offer and promotional activities
∎ Create new parties.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with each and every prospective dealer/distributor. (Self as well as others)
∎ To understand market needs & serve accordingly on time.
∎ Searching new areas of sales.
∎ Do focus on project or corporate sales through the appointed dealers.
∎ Keep in touch with the plumbers/contractors of that particular area.
∎ Must be able to maintain his route plan approved by his reporting ASM.
∎ Maintain Daily Call Report (DCR) & report to ASM on daily basis after finishing the task of the respective day.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
