Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effective Dealer management in terms of maintains right inventory norms, controlling credit and balancing right working capital.
∎ Market visit, new client & dealer hunt, creating market opportunity and report to reporting head
∎ Setting up system and Process at dealer place to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations
∎ Development of plan, designs for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients.
∎ Need to study competitors' products and sales strategy to collect competitive statement.
∎ Submit report to reporting head for better understanding regarding actual progress.
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ Extensive travel within the territory to maximize market coverage.
∎ Achieve company revenue - with proper planning and execution.
∎ Sales & Marketing, specially in Dealer/Distribution Management.

∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ At least 2 year(s) and freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Should have a strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated and able to work under the pressured situation.
∎ Strategic thinking good leadership, strong analytical skills and technically sound.
∎ Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

∎ Should have pleasant personality and smart.
