Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the business growth through marketing, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
∎ Create and implement marketing plans to promote Air Travel Services, Package Tour, and Visa Services.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing and potential clients and partners.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Analyze data to make informed marketing decisions.
∎ Develop engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media posts.
∎ Organize promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and feedback to update them about products and promotions.
∎ Finding new opportunities for sales and creating new customers.
