∎ Graduate in any discipline.

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Gazipur, Mankiganj, B. Baria, & Chandpur. [Preference will be given to regional candidate or who has experience to work those regions].

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Do sales planning & achieve sales target.
∎ Explore new and own territory and generate sales to meet the target.
∎ Develop new dealer's channel to maximize the revenue.
∎ Regularly visit existing dealers and do sample visit some of his customer's farm and submit performance report.
∎ Maintain close relationship with farmers, dealers, DVM's and other stake holders.
∎ Motivate dealers & prospective customers for establishing new farms.
∎ Arrange technical/training sessions & seminars for different farmers in consultation with top management.
∎ Do credit administration as per company policy.
∎ Regular follow-up for sales order & payment.
∎ Promote AP Feed's product to different stakeholders in assigned territory.
∎ Ensure feedback of product performance to the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in feed (poultry, cattle & fish) industry.
∎ Able to ride Motorbike with valid driving license.
∎ Ability to take new challenges.
∎ Must be a good team player.
∎ Report writing as per company format.
∎ Good communications skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
