Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing will be an advantage.

• Fluency in Bangla and English (spoken and written).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.

• Conduct regular customer visits to generate sales and maintain relationships.

• Collect orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve monthly targets.

• Develop new clients, distributors, and business opportunities.

• Prepare bills, follow up on payments, and ensure collection.

• Monitor delivery status and resolve customer issues.

• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and reports.

• Follow instructions from the reporting manager and management.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management when required.
