3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing.
Experience in Frozen Food or Ready-to-Eat (RTE) product sales in Dhaka market will be highly preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer relationship management capability.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing will be an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Good reporting and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Bangla; basic English communication preferred.
Willingness to travel within assigned market areas.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive personality.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct regular customer visits to generate sales and maintain relationships.
Collect orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve monthly targets.
Develop new clients, distributors, and business opportunities.
Prepare bills, follow up on payments, and ensure collection.
Monitor delivery status and resolve customer issues.
Prepare monthly sales forecasts and reports.
Follow instructions from the reporting manager and management.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management when required.
