Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Face-to-Face Customer Support, woven Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main responsibility is to develop a wholesale market to sell bulk quantity of products.
∎ Serve to walk in customers with satisfactory level of salesmanship
∎ Create customer network and update database by putting visit information in official format
∎ Daily effective follow up with existing and potential customers to increase the sales
∎ Maintain and submit the inventory / stock report to the management
∎ Follow up banking operations and collection for customers.
∎ Prepare necessary documents and submit to the management
∎ Ensure product delivery and installation within the committed time to the customers and coordinate after sales services to previous customers in order to build long term business relationship
∎ Determine and analyze customer's needs, trends
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas by customer group and products group wise
∎ Projecting expected sales volume, plan and implement sales program
∎ Maintain sales volume, product mix and evaluate selling prices according to supply & demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
∎ Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional Publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience of Creating wholesale market base.
∎ Candidates having the sales experience will be given preference
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should be fluent in English and good in Bengali pronunciation
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Should have basic computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office and excel
∎ Efficient Customers Service
∎ High Negotiation skill
∎ Motivation for sales.
∎ Sales Planning.
∎ Building well versed manner/ courteous Relationships.
∎ Market Knowledge.
