Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cultivating solid relationship with major customer to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
∎ Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, Networking, and customer referrals.
∎ Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
∎ Providing overall guidance to newly recruited sales representative/colleague.
∎ Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluation.
∎ Assist in the preparation of Management Report as required.
∎ Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options and meet Weekly/Monthly/Yearly sales revenue targets.
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
∎ Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close
∎ Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
∎ Attend meeting and submit report/presentation within time line.

∎ Age 22 to 28 years

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
