Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dealer development, Dealer Management, Dealer Sales, Handling Distributors or Dealers, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dry cell (Battery), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Mobile Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing a balanced sub dealer sales/ Retail sales.
∎ Ensure the retail sales & increase the retail sales.
∎ Visit daily retail outlet for increasing the sales.
∎ Develop & maintain strong business relationship with all influencer's and sales referrals.
∎ Manage the credit/receivables as per company policy.
∎ Ensure the secondary sales for the companies perspective.
∎ Ensure brand visibility through proper display across all dealer clients.
∎ Ensure proactive efforts to resolve all customer issues and complaints.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record in Product selling & Marketing.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Candidates experienced in electronics product will get preference.
∎ Candidates must have frequently market visiting tendency nationwide.
∎ Can do Attitude.
∎ Good negotiation skill.
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Mentality to extended hours.
