Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enrich with sufficient knowledge on interior trends, material specifications and range of prices.
∎ Find new prospects and sales leads to secure interior design consultancy and execution.
∎ Visit potential clients on a regular basis and develop rapport with the project in-charges to meet the sales target given by the management.
∎ Maintain relationships with real estate professionals and buyers for necessary sourcing of leads.
∎ Conduct research and analysis to identify relevant data sources.
∎ Working with external clients (e.g. Bank, Insurance, Financial Organizations, Garments)
∎ Follow up with the clients for necessary coordination within the team for smooth execution.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
