∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the monthly Sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster.
∎ Participate the morning briefing to know daily objectives and action plan
∎ Daily effective follow up with existing and potential customers to increase the sales
∎ Sound knowledge Promotional Activities and Marketing Campaigns
∎ Ensure that proper receiving and/or dispatching is followed as per company procedures
∎ Ensure that the displays and fixtures are clean and organized and merchandise is presented in accordance with set standards.
∎ Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe and CCTV operation;
∎ Maintain Sales transaction through Software, Bill Payment & also Billing Amount Received from Guest Properly & Efficiently
∎ Compile customers' feedback and address the same;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 to 3 year(s) of POS/Cash handling experience in a Quality Retail environment.
∎ Working Aarong, Stylesell, Le reve, Manyavar, Noir, Yellow, Artisan, Legacy, Athenas are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales/ Marketing/ Customer Care
∎ Voice Quality: Should have a neutral and appropriate accent, clear voice, pleasant tone
∎ Good listening skill: Must have abilities to understand others' tone quite quickly
∎ Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have. Strong oral and written communication skill in English - Must be able to provide service to foreigners
∎ You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends
∎ Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Must have the passion for winning and commitment towards bringing in the desired result
∎ Friendly, approachable, polite and persuasive personality is highly preferred.
∎ Must have advanced situational judgment -ability to know what is needed to satisfy the customers.
∎ Have to be smart, good looking, energetic, self motivated and ambitious to contact with customer.
Salary:
∎ Lucrative Package : Fixed Salary + Variable Incentive : Target Oriented (Weekly, Monthly & BIG TICKET SALE)
