∎ Education doesn't matter as long as you have Selling/Leading Skills in Corporate Sector regarding Software/Hardware/Internet.

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company, ISP, Computer Hardware/Network Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field Job, visit field every day for Prospect & Lead creation and arrange presentation
∎ Generate Sales revenue of Software based services, website, Mobile and other application and business automation services by convincing proposed customer.
∎ Maintain communication in various media with proposed customer to make them successful sales.
∎ Follow the instruction of the Sales Team Leader and Sales Plan to implement sales in the market.
∎ Explain prospect about our services so that they become interested to become customer.
∎ Provide feedback about the market conditions and also provide SWAT analysis for sales and overall improvement.
∎ Keep current knowledge and upgrade it spontaneously about current trend customer demand, related scope of work and industry.
∎ Follow-up each prospect properly with necessary documentary evidence.
∎ Must follow official rules, policy, ethics and norms and complete own work following 100% of provided guideline and keep proper documentary record for Internal Audit.
∎ Capable to make own work plan that completable with company mission and vision.
∎ Explain the services and their benefits to proposed customers for maximizing software sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Smart (both in appearance and attitude), Energetic, Proactive, well-mannered person are highly preferred.
∎ Having own Motorcycle is an added preference.
∎ Good Communication, negotiation and convincing Skills.
∎ Person having clearly defined goals to become success
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Conveyance Allowance/ Tour allowance (Performance bonus yearly basis),
Weekly 1 holiday
Salary Review: Yearly Basis after probation period
Festival Bonus: 2
