Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze sales data to identify market trends, business opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Generate regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports for both zonal and national levels.
Track and monitor key KPIs, including sales volume, market coverage, and sales representatives’ productivity.
Act as a key liaison between the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and support sales growth initiatives.
Provide first-level support to users for sales applications and resolve issues in collaboration with the IT team.
Ensure timely resolution of system-related issues by coordinating with internal IT and relevant stakeholders.
Monitor data accuracy and integrity within the system; conduct regular audits and follow-ups to maintain reliability.
Support onboarding and training of new users on the sales applications and ensure smooth adoption.
Assist in planning and executing sales operations initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Build strong cross-functional relationships to streamline communication and enhance overall business operations
