BBA/MBA from any reputed university

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Automobile, Paint, Toiletries

• Age At most 32 years

• Analyze sales data to identify market trends, business opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Generate regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports for both zonal and national levels.

• Track and monitor key KPIs, including sales volume, market coverage, and sales representatives’ productivity.

• Act as a key liaison between the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and support sales growth initiatives.

• Provide first-level support to users for sales applications and resolve issues in collaboration with the IT team.

• Ensure timely resolution of system-related issues by coordinating with internal IT and relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor data accuracy and integrity within the system; conduct regular audits and follow-ups to maintain reliability.

• Support onboarding and training of new users on the sales applications and ensure smooth adoption.

• Assist in planning and executing sales operations initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Build strong cross-functional relationships to streamline communication and enhance overall business operations
