Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Find & manage new site for new retail store which will add value to the retail turnover
∎ Prepare profitability and ROI analysis for any proposed location
∎ Ensure the rental/lease expenses within estimate through effective and profitable negotiation with the land owners
∎ Ensure renewal and re-negotiation of all lease/rent agreement adhering to company's interest.
∎ Ensure best possible lease/rental terms for new stores that will increase store profitability.
∎ Control monthly rental payment by ensuring timely dispatch of cheques.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of all related documents and agreements.
∎ Ensure regular correspondence with the land owners on any dispute or issues
∎ Follow up and settle disputes in conjunction with company lawyer.
∎ Establish & ensure a good relationship with the land owners.
∎ Monitor and update the lease/rent agreement of the apartments of the expat employees of the company.
∎ Prepare reports on lease and rent payment of the retail stores follow up the balance outstanding of payment with concerned authorities.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the Head of department
∎ Prepare reports time to time required by relevant departments
∎ Update real estate data base on regular basis
∎ Visit landlords and different locations of the country to perform assigned job
∎ Preparing and delivering AIT certificate for the landlords
Salary: Negotiable
