Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Land Law, Land Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have knowledge in Land purchase, Registration, Land Law, Ensure update of all land related documents including deed, land tax, porcha, khatian, mutation etc.
∎ Land acquisition, Liaison with CDA/RAJUK, Powroshova, Upazila and other related Government agencies.
∎ To formulate land development plan supported with due budget, Timeline and implement the same as per the approval of the authority.
∎ Complete overall activities of land development & implementation and inform the Management.
∎ To perform any sorts of relevant job if assign by the management.
∎ Keep productive communication with local persons in surrounding areas.
∎ Perform all written correspondence with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities & Judiciary authorities (such as Police, Court, AC land other Government Agencies etc.)
∎ Handle Court matters related to land.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Police/BDR/Army/Navy Officers will be given preference
∎ Ability to do teamwork
Salary: Negotiable
