∎ Age 28 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work in collaboration with Auditors to:Review supplier internal inspection records and identify batch states.Conduct visual fabric inspection following four-point inspection criteria with a supplier representative.Identify general fabric faults.Measure fabric widthAssess length wise / width wise colour.Measure bow / skew Assess curling level as per SOP.Monitor meter reading device for length variations.Check roll winding tension.Inspection machine length calibration at Mill.Evaluate final status (Approve / Reject) and inform relevant lab & inspection head at each MAS intimates’ plant.
∎ Diligently monitor supplier performance through plant scorecards to facilitate and develop suppliers to meet or exceed defined expectations.In the event of deviations/ rejections work with assigned fabric mills on an agreed replacement plan whilst maintaining clear communication with all relevant plant PCU and Lab teams
∎ Identify best practices among mills and scoop out the best and formulate a SOP for MAS by conducting trials and initiating continuous improvements to the current process.
∎ Supporting in training and calibrating roving inspectors to develop customized solutions that meet customer/MAS required standards.
∎ Support in Coaching “Factory Certified Auditor” FCA as per MAS standards and diligently follow through to ensure continuous maintenance of the same.
