Overall, the role of an Executive (Quality & technical) in the garments factory is pivotal in managing the Quality process, ensuring quality standards, optimizing resources, and driving operational excellence to meet customer demands and business objectives.
We are seeking a compatible “Executive (Quality & Technical)” who will work of our factory in PDC at Shafipur, Kaliakoir, Gazipur and who meets the following Criteria.
Responsibilities & Context:
Need to participate in a PP meeting.
Need to participate embellishment PP meeting.
For every EWO number, must analyze the tag sample & find out the critical styles and important comments.
After segregation of styles those are having critical embellishment-placement, operation need to check the size sets and give correction in pattern if needed.
Ensure that production started after getting the approval from merchandiser, if colours, shade, placement, grading is all right then go for the bulk.
Follow the 1st output/ production Review report & End-line defects monitoring report and solve/ take corrective action in case of any issue with relevant people.
Have to continuously give training to the subordinates about critical embellishment operation, quality points and defects and the responsibility.
Must follow Embellishment audit reports & embellishment defects analysis report and must give the feedback (audit pass %) & highest defects charts to the respective embellishment plant.
Must work on continual progress in the process.
Need to maintain the manpower within budget and must monitor the attendance, disciplinary issues of the subordinates.
